Aims
As per Industry research, till 2020 human resources will remain India's most significant global advantage. While the developed nation will be burdened with an ageing population, India will have one of the world's youngest population, with more than half its people under 25, with this demographic dividend, India will be in a position to provide the rest of the world with a productive workforce. However, this demographic dividend could turn into a demographic disaster because of lack of employability of this workforce due to absence of relevant skills.

The faculty is knowledgeable and approachable, providing a good balance between theory and practical training. The facilities are well-equipped, and clinical placement opportunities are valuable for hands-on experience. The institute's commitment to diversity and inclusion is commendable. However, there's room for improvement in terms of more robust academic support services and clearer communication about career placement assistance. Despite some minor areas for enhancement, I feel well-prepared for my future career in nursing."
